Colorado Revised Statute 25-1.5-110 directs the Retail Marijuana Public Health Advisory Committee to monitor the science related to retail cannabis and its health effects and provide recommendations. The Committee has separated its recommendations into two areas of focus; public health and policy. All recommendations have been approved by the Committee.
